Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the Brancott x Stoneleigh New Zealand Holiday promotion (the “Promotion”) and will prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including in-store or online advertising or promotional materials including bottle neck collars. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms. Please retain a copy of these Terms for your information.

1. Promoter: Pernod Ricard UK Limited, Building 7 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5YG. Please do not send entries to this address.

2. Eligibility: Promotion open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years and over, except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion. Excludes residents of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

3. Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall start at 00:00 on 1st May 2024 and end at 23:59 GMT on 30th November 2024.

4. Entry Instructions

4.1. Entrants must:

  1. Purchase any promotional bottle of Brancott Sauvignon Blanc or Stoneleigh Sauvignon Blanc 75CL during the Promotional Period in Tesco, One Stop, Premier, Budgens, Londis, Family Shopper stores or on tesco.com; and
  2. Head to www.StoneleighBrancottWin.com and enter the unique code found on the inside of the bottle neck collar, as well as name and email address.

4.2. Purchase is necessary for all entries. Please retain your original itemised till receipt and original neck collar showing the winning unique code as you may need to provide them to claim your prize (see 6.3 and 9.7).

4.3. If you have purchased a bottle from tesco.com and have not received a neck collar, please upload a photo of your order confirmation to www.StoneleighBrancottWin.com. You will be notified instantly if you have won a Red Letter Day Voucher and you will automatically be entered into the draw for the New Zealand holiday.

4.4. All promotional codes are unique, and each code can only be entered once. Any further attempts to enter the code will result in disqualification.

4.5. Entrants can purchase multiple promotional products throughout the Promotional Period and can enter a total of six times across the Promotional Period. Any entries above this amount will be automatically disqualified.

5. Prizes

5.1. Holiday prize won via Prize Draw. There is one main prize of a holiday worth up to £10,000 (the “New Zealand Holiday”). The New Zealand Holiday includes:

  • Return flights from London to Nelson, New Zealand
  • Car hire for the duration of stay. Pick up and drop off at Nelson Airport, includes GPS and fuel allowance.
  • 6 nights at a 4* hotel accommodation in Blenheim, based on sharing a double/twin room, including daily breakfast
  • Guided tour/tasting at Brancott Estate or Stoneleigh Vineyard
  • 6 nights’ self-catering lodge accommodation near to Abel Tasman National Park, based on sharing a double/twin room
  • 2 nights’ rustic lodge accommodation near to Nelson Lakes National Park, based on sharing a double/twin room
  • Travel insurance
  • Winner management

5.2. There are 350 secondary prizes of £100 Red Letter Days Experience Vouchers to be won. All eGift card prizes are available but may not be won, prizes allocated via algorithm, estimated chance of winning is 1 in 1,106 based on an estimated pack volume of 387,000. Red Letter Days eGift cards are subject to issuer’s Terms and Conditions found at https://www.redletterdays.co.uk/terms. eGift cards are valid for a period of at least 12 months from issue. Red Letter Days experiences are subject to restrictions and availability at the time of eGift card redemption by the winners.

5.3. Any entries received after the end of the Promotional Period will not be eligible to win the New Zealand Holiday or Red Letter Day Voucher but one entrant per month from December 2024 to April 2025 inclusive will be chosen at random to win a case (6 bottles of 75CL) of Brancott Estate Sauvignon Blanc. (Collectively, the “Prizes”).

5.4. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered for any of the Prizes. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to where continuing restrictions resulting from COVID-19 impact the Promoter’s ability to offer the New Zealand Holiday), the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to substitute any of the Prizes for an alternative prize of equal or greater value. All prize elements are subject to availability.

6. Winner Selection

6.1. Winners of the Red Letter Day Vouchers will be notified instantly that they have won. Winners will be contacted via email to verify their win. Winners will subsequently receive their eGift Voucher by email. Winners of all Red Letter Day Vouchers will also be entered into the draw for the New Zealand Holiday.

6.2. The winner of the New Zealand Holiday will be selected at random by an automatic computer process from all valid entries on or around 5th December 2024. The winner will then be contacted by email by 19th December 2024 and further details about how to book the New Zealand Holiday will be provided. Where a winner fails to respond to this email within 10 working days, a new winner be chosen at random via the same process.

7. Additional Prize Conditions for The New Zealand Holiday

7.1. The winner must be one of the travelling parties. Economy flights available from major international airport in London only. Flights will be selected by Prize Provider and not all routings will be available.

7.2. The New Zealand Holiday must be booked and travelled within one year of the winner receiving their notification email and once booked any amendments will be at the expense of the winner. The prize cannot be taken from 21st December – 2nd January (Christmas and New Year), over UK bank holidays or over Easter Sunday.

7.3. The winner and companion(s) are responsible for obtaining a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to New Zealand at their own expense. The winner must also make sure that the travelling party has any required vaccinations, health certificates, visas, and other documentation necessary to complete the itinerary at the time of travel.

7.4. The winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

7.5. For car hire, the named driver must be aged 21 or over, with a full clean driving license. Any drivers aged 25 or under, or with less than three years’ driving experience, will need to pay a supplementary cost for car hire.

7.6. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over

7.7. The winner of the New Zealand Holiday and their companion must be aged 18 or over.

7.8. Unfortunately, the New Zealand Holiday will be forfeited if:

  1. The winner is unable to take the prize within the dates specified by the Promoter;
  2. The winner has not obtained the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;
  3. The winner has any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving, or travelling within the dates specified by the Promoter; or
  4. The winner has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent them from accepting and participating in the New Zealand Holiday.

7.9. In the event that the New Zealand Holiday is forfeited by any winner, a new winner will be chosen at random.

8. Personal Data

8.1. Personal data which is provided by entrants on entering the Promotion will be processed and stored in a database by the Promoter’s partner; VCG The Promorisk People Ltd of 2 Marchmont Gate, Maxted Road, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 7BE (“VCG”) for the purpose of managing entry into the Promotion on Promoter’s behalf. By providing personal information, entrants consent to the processing and storage of personal information by VCG for this purpose. VCG’s privacy policy is available here.

8.2. Once all Prizes have been administered, all personal data will be deleted unless specific consent has been given for the Promoter to send further communications. Where this consent has been given, VCG will transfer data relating to those entrants to the Promoter, who is the data controller. Consents can be withdrawn or amended at any time by emailing ukconsumerfeedback@pernod-ricard.com. If an entrant withdraws consent to the storage and processing of their data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, they will also be withdrawn from the Promotion itself. All data will be processed by the Promoter in accordance with its privacy policy, which is available here.

8.3. Element London Limited of 5 Morie Street, London, SW18 1SL will book the New Zealand Holiday on behalf of the winner. By entering the Promotion, the winner and their companion agree to the processing of their personal data by Element for this purpose. All data will be handled in accordance will Element’s privacy policy, available here.

8.4. In the event that a reasonable request is made, including by the Advertising Standards Authority or any other competent body, the Promoter will provide the surname and county of residence of the winner of the New Zealand Holiday.

9. General

9.1. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or prize claims that are lost, delayed, or damaged for any reason whatsoever.

9.2. Incomplete entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.

9.3. Winners agree to take part in marketing activity in respect of the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to the unrestricted use of post-Promotion publicity for the Promoter’s own purposes in all activities including, without limitation, marketing and promotional activities worldwide including use on the Promoter’s websites and social networking platforms.

9.4. Entrants agree that, to the extent permissible by law, the Promoter and its affiliates, agents assume no liability for injuries, losses or damages or any kind to property or persons, including without limitation death, resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from the management of or mechanics behind the Promotion, entry into the Promotion, the acceptance of the Prizes, and any acts or omissions of the winner and travel companions. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

9.5. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

9.6. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.

9.7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase, address, age and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms or any instructions forming part of these Terms or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.

9.8. These Terms (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
